Your Role
We are seeking a results-driven New Business Manager to join our vibrant team and report to our Managing Partner. We have an established pipeline of qualified leads—your role will be to guide these from prospects to partners, forging long-lasting relationships that boost our revenue growth. You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining senior relationships within the gaming industry, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring top-quality communications and deliverables. You'll also be responsible for sales and margin forecasting, as well as supporting our sales team by crafting compelling proposals for client pitches.
In your role, you would have the exciting opportunity to work with industry giants such as Sony Interactive, Supercell, Ustwo, Curve, Dovetail and many more. You will be on the ground floor launching new titles for major publishers and indie studios alike. This is a unique role for a strategic individual seeking a challenge that exercises their passion for gaming.
Your Responsibilities
Business Development
- Cultivate senior client relationships within the gaming sector
- Develop, grow and retain existing and new revenue streams
- Total quality control for all business-related output delivered to clients
- Develop and shape business strategies and plans
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure strategies are aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with clients to determine KPIs/measurements of success to meet strategic goals against realistic benchmarks
- Translate client strategies into actionable frameworks and plans to the highest standard
- Monitor client KPIs, identify issues early, and work with internal teams to resolve them
- Ensure timely delivery of client reports and other output-based reporting
Business Profitability
- Forecast client revenue and profitability projections
- Prepare pricing proposals to meet the client's service requirements
Your Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years in new business acquisition (business development or partnerships roles)
- Extensive knowledge of the gaming industry or esports
- A knack for story-telling - understanding how to simplify narrative and communicate complex service offerings in a simple way
- Ability to incorporate the latest digital platforms available to brands and players within the gaming sector
- A generalist understanding of the digital media space
- Experience crafting decks and proposals in Keynote

Your Salary
£35,000 - £50,000 + up to 25% On-Target Earnings + up to 5% bonus

Our Logistics
Our process consists of:
- 15 minute meeting with our Senior People Executive to bring your CV to life and give you an insight into working at Fifty
- 45 minute video meeting with the hiring team who will ask and answer role specific questions
- Task based interview focusing on your experiences
- Face-to-face values based interview with our directors and our Senior People Executive
We are able to let you know if you are invited to an interview or not. However, we do receive a lot of applications and as a small team we are sometimes unable to give individual feedback on each application.
