Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Fifty at a time of rapid growth. You will work across a diverse roster of clients within a host of different industries, including sport, gaming, FMCG & events and work with a wide range of advertising spends and channels. You will be part of an ambitious and collaborative team of traders at various levels who work across Paid Social, Programmatic & PPC. You will report directly to the Head of Programmatic.
Your Responsibilities
- Maximise campaign ROI for clients whilst managing internal commercial priorities
- Undertake and troubleshoot ad operations tasks such as pixel implementation and creative trafficking
- Deliver insight into the implications of campaign constraints, such as scale, ramp-up time, creatives used and cost per conversion
- Contribute to clients' business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping implement creative solutions
- Maintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytics tools
- Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities or enhancements for integration efforts to improve the value of the marketing dataset
- Analysing campaign performance & making regular optimisations
- Client-facing strategy meetings and performance reviews
- Staying up to date with new developments in the industry, both within social media and media as a whole
Your Essential Skills
- Hands-on experience working with RTB media (DSPs or in-house ad-network tools), particularly The Trade Desk and Google Display & Video 360.
- Experience across all areas of programmatic activation, including: operational tasks, conversion tracking implementation, creative trafficking, campaign setup, optimisation and client reporting
- Ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player and have the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities as seamlessly as possible
- Proficient use of Keynote, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

- Awareness of wider Programmatic channels (ie DOOH, Digital Audio, Geo Location)

Your Salary
£35,000 - £40,000 + company-wide bonus

Our Logistics
Our process consists of:
- 30-minute meeting with our Senior People Executive to bring your CV to life and give you an insight into working at Fifty
- 1-hour video meeting with the hiring team who will ask and answer role-specific questions
- Task
- Face-to-face values-based interview with our directors and your manager
We are able to let you know if you are invited to an interview or not. However, we do receive a lot of applications and as a small team, we are sometimes unable to give individual feedback on each application.
