Your Role
We are looking for a hardworking and analytical individual to join our team. As an Insight Executive, you will predominantly assist the insight and sales teams day-to-day with the setup, running and interpreting of the Fifty data. Working with a vast range of clients, you will become a key member of the Fifty team, sitting at the heart of operations, and engaging with each and every aspect of what we do. As part of a small team, there is a great opportunity to grow and gain more responsibility within this role.
This role will officially start in August, but we are currently accepting applications to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Your Responsibilities
- The curation and interpretation of insight for clients, using the Fifty platform
- Understand the Fifty platform, aiming to maximise its value and output both internally and externally
- Assisting the sales team, responding to briefs and helping create compelling narratives for pitching
- Assisting the ad ops team, tackling challenges amongst our client base.
- Supporting clients with their needs surrounding the Fifty platform
- Supporting the Marketing team, using the Fifty platform to create interesting content
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to provide additional context to our work
Your Essential Skills
- Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret data
- Excellent written communication skills to create reports and presentations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
Your Extra Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, market research, or a similar role.
- Experience working at a start-up
Salary
£25,000 - £28,000 + bonus

Our Logistics
Our process consists of:
- 15 minute meeting with our People Executive to bring your CV to life and give you an insight into working at Fifty
- 30 minute video meeting with the hiring team who will ask and answer role specific questions
- Task based interview focusing on your experiences
- Face-to-face values based interview with one of our directors and our People Manager
We are able to let you know if you are invited to an interview or not. However, we do receive a lot of applications and as a small team we are sometimes unable to give individual feedback on each application.
